Job summary

AGMC, a premier luxury automotive group in Dubai, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our high-volume service operations. You will drive service excellence, profitability and customer experience across a premium workshop, coordinating advisors, technicians and support teams while upholding manufacturer standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

The role demands 8–12+ years in aftersales, with 3–5 years in senior leadership, and a track record of strong CSI and revenue growth in luxury

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in automotive aftersales/service operations.
• 3–5 years in a Service Manager or senior workshop leadership role.
• Experience with luxury/premium automotive brands and UAE/GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations and workshop management.
• Ensure premium service standards and efficient capacity utilisation.
• Drive CSI, customer retention and customer experience initiatives.
• Manage revenue, labour, parts and profitability of the service department.
• Coach Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty processes.
