Job summary

You will supervise technicians, ensure safety and warranty compliance, and coordinate with service leadership to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires a engineering degree and at least four years of workshop management experience, with proficiency in Autoline, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Technical) discipline.
• Minimum 4 year of experience as a Workshop Manager.
• Proficient in Autoline, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring monthly work schedule and budget within financial parameters.
• Define and review workshop structure and workflows for efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and safe to use, and coordinate parts supply as needed.
• Supervise Technicians to maintain workflow, quality, profit and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to improve technician productivity and enforce warranty policy.
