Confidential Careers in the UAE seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead an All Day Dining European concept, ensuring guest satisfaction, financial performance, and brand standards.

You will oversee service across meals, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with culinary and marketing to drive guest engagement and loyalty. The role requires leadership in luxury hospitality and a track record of excellence.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations, preferably within luxury hotels or upscale standalone restaurants.
• Proven experience managing an All Day Dining Restaurant with a European or international dining concept.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, labor management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest engagement and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or similar luxury service standards experience is advantageous.
