Job summary

EMAAR in Dubai is seeking a Steward to support daily stewarding operations across kitchen, restaurant and service areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

You will maintain high hygiene standards, follow HACCP guidelines, and assist culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires 1–2 years of hospitality experience, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college qualification in Hotel Management preferred.
• 1–2 years stewarding or similar in hotel or hospitality setting.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily stewarding operations per service standards.
• Clean, wash, sanitize and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ensure back-of-house areas and storage are clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP requirements and local hygiene regulations.
• Support chefs and restaurant teams with cleaning and stewarding services.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
• Communicate proactively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Take initiative to support the team and guest experience.
