Accor in Dubai is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Steward to support daily operations at Heartists Cafeteria, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and service areas. Previous experience as Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher is advantageous; basic knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals is required; must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Experience as Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher in a hotel, restaurant, or cafeteria is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards is expected.
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment safely.

Aufgaben

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, floors, and workstations.
Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, and cutlery.
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain clean waste storage areas.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas.
Support the culinary team by ensuring clean equipment and utensils are available during service.
Report maintenance issues and hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
