Atlantis The Royal, part of Kerzner International, seeks a skilled Sommelier for Carbone to update the wine list, order wines, and rotate stock while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will pair wines with authentic dishes, upsell beverages, and ensure correct temperature and glassware.

A WSET Level 2 and at least 2 years in luxury dining are preferred, with Italian fine dining experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality in a similar role.
• WSET Level 2 qualification required.
• Experience with Italian fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update wine list and stock rotation.
• Recommend wines to guests based on preferences.
• Ensure wines are served at the correct temperature with proper glassware.
• Train staff on wine service and upselling techniques.
