Kerzner International's Atlantis The Royal in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sommelier for Carbone. You will work with the Bar Manager and Wine Manager to update the wine list, order wines, rotate stock, and advise guests on pairings with signature dishes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury dining or hotels, WSET Level 2, and a passion for service excellence, with generous F&B privileges and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury restaurant or hotel sommelier experience.
• Strong knowledge of wine pairing with high-end cuisine.
• Ambitious and guest-focused with excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Update wine list with Bar Manager and Wine Manager, order wines, rotate stock.
• Recommend wines to guests based on preferences and pairings.
• Ensure proper serving temperatures and glassware; upsell beverages.
