Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry items outdoors for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork with recreation, housekeeping and F&B teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with seating, and provide towels and amenities.
• Monitor pool and beach areas for safety and policy adherence.
• Maintain pool deck and beach cleanliness and arrange furniture.
• Distribute and collect towels; track inventory of towels.
• Arrange loungers, umbrellas, and cabanas per standard.
• Report water quality concerns and maintain hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with lifeguards, housekeeping, and F&B teams to enhance guest experience.
• Promote eco-friendly practices and sustainability.
