You will lead a kitchen team, ensure high standards of quality and presentation, and drive menu development and cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven culinary qualification or equivalent professional training.
• Experience as Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in high-quality kitchens.
• Experience in luxury/high-end hospitality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and motivate kitchen team to deliver luxury quality dishes.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and plated to standard and recipes.
• Monitor quality, portion control, and presentation across courses.
• Support menu development, costing, and special culinary offerings.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation in line with standards.
