Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel HVAC settings.
• Valid trade certification per local authorities.
• Knowledge of AHUs/FCUs and chillers is preferred.
• Strong preventive and corrective maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults, calibrate equipment, and test performance.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize guest disruption.
• Assist with BMS control optimization and energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and safety records.
