You will work on refrigeration systems, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate parts with the Engineering team while adhering to local regulations and safety standards. English proficiency and a hands-on approach are essential in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer service mindset and be able to fault-find on HVAC and refrigeration subsystems.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Hands-on technical competence with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and service electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems (freezers, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chillers).
• Perform preventive maintenance on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Check performance of refrigeration systems and components; verify door closures on walk-ins; manage defrosting systems and ice maker automation.
