Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Hostess to join The Bay Team. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, upsell beverages, and ensure impeccable guest service in a luxury setting.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are preferred. Prior hostess or front-of-house experience in a high-end hotel is highly valued. Competitive salary and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hostess in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort to seating areas and assist with seating plans.
• Provide accurate information on menus and promotions; explain offerings to guests.
• Take reservations by phone, email, or in person and update booking systems.
• Reconfirm reservations and communicate seating arrangements with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the outlet and personal grooming to reflect MOHG standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and refer issues to Outlet Manager when needed.
