Job summary

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is seeking a Bellman to provide warm, efficient, and personalized service to hotel guests from arrival to departure. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and share information about facilities and local attractions, upholding the hotel’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Bellman, Bellboy, Porter, or Concierge Assistant preferred.
• Experience in a 5-star or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Friendly, confident, and guest-oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities and amenities.
• Provide information about hotel, restaurants, pools, spa, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Handle guest requests professionally and follow up for satisfaction.
