Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Bellman to ensure the smooth handling of guest luggage and personal belongings with warmth and precision. The Bellman greets guests as a brand ambassador, assists with requests, clears pathways to outlets, and personalizes each stay to exceed expectations.

You will collaborate with the front office to coordinate arrivals and departures, knowledgeably guiding guests about local culture and hotel facilities to unlock memorable

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the front office to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Proactively assist guests with requests during their stay.
• Tailor every aspect of the stay to exceed expectations.
• Know outlets, hours, menus, amenities and act as brand ambassador.
• Understand guest information about the property, location, culture and area.
• Answer requests in a friendly, caring manner and take appropriate actions.
• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage to rooms or vehicles.
• Store luggage securely and maintain luggage storage area.
