Qualifications

• Experience as Commis 3 in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• HACCP knowledge and health & safety practices must be understood.

Responsibilities

• Support senior chefs in a high-end kitchen, ensuring a five-star output.
• Prepare and present dishes to meet Five's culinary standards.
• Maintain Mise EnPlace and stock rotation with precision.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations.
• Assist in menu development and artful plating techniques.
• Work across varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
