Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations and assist the Operations Manager in managing site activities
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to achieve operational targets
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuously improve workplace safety practices
• Coordinate with delivery service providers to maintain service quality and expectations
• Manage workload distribution, driver scheduling, and operational planning
• Track, analyze, and report on daily performance metrics and workflow efficiency
• Conduct interviews and support hiring processes for associate roles
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and productivity
