Responsibilities

• Provide critical shift information to front line management.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet and exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to address performance gaps.
• Demonstrate experience building and managing teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
• Utilize data analysis for performance insights and reporting.
