Job summary

Amazon in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead safe and efficient warehouse operations, driving world-class customer experiences. You will coach associates, manage shift staffing, and ensure orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes lean improvements, data analysis, and collaboration with supporting functions to address performance issues and enable continuous, scalable operations. UAE National with Family Book preferred.

• Strong focus on safety, process discipline and continuous improvement.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

You Will

• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area

• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift related information to front line management and operators
• Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness 5S safety training.
• Experience building and managing teams
• Experience in performance metrics process improvement and Lean methodologiesUAE National with Family Book
• Experience in logistics transportation supply chain import/export operations or data entry/data administration
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
