Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of logistics or warehouse-operations experience.
• Prefers Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and material movement.
• WMS/ERP experience is preferred.
• Shipment coordination and documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts for field services.
• Support receiving, storage, issuance, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and verify shipment documents, packing lists, delivery notes, and related records.
• Maintain inventory-movement records and logistics documentation.
• Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with warehouses, procurement teams, suppliers, transporters, and field-service personnel.
• Monitor material availability and support timely replenishment.
• Assist with inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Update logistics and inventory information in WMS/ERP systems.

Requirements
