Job summary

Alfiras General Contracting - L.L.C is seeking a seasoned Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics and transportation activities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory, and manage drivers and 3PL partners to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of logistics experience, preferably in construction, contracting, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and logistics software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• UAE experience and valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and updates for management.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Handle customs import/export and freight activities if applicable.
