Job summary

Al Zahrawi Medical in Dubai seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate deliveries, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will liaise with Procurement Logistics and Sales to ensure accurate handling of products, sign quality forms, and maintain proper storage and movement within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, inspecting goods, creating NetSuite records, preparing Delivery Notes and Invoices, and ensuring timely loading and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries to avoid congestion in the warehouse area.
• Inspect received products and sign the quality form.
• Notify Procurement Logistics teams on product arrival at the warehouse.
• Create Item Received entries in NetSuite after receipt.
• Prepare Delivery Orders based on Sales Orders.
• Coordinate demo deliveries with the Sales team.
• Work with Warehouse Assistants to ensure proper storage and segregation.
• Track product movement to prevent misplacement and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Notify of arrivals, removals, and shortages.
• Assist with periodic stock checks and report nearing expiry.
• Prepare Delivery Notes and Invoices from LPOs.
• Manage calls from Sales and customers, provide required information.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare products for shipment per Sales Orders.
• Ensure timely loading onto vehicles and notify Line Manager of delays.
