Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking a highly organized logistics operator to join our Dubai team. The role covers receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling and shipment preparation while ensuring accuracy and safety of goods.

The position requires English fluency; Chinese is a plus. You will work with ERP systems, coordinate with couriers and customs, and help maintain stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment with 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in logistics/warehouse operations, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic invoicing procedures is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and forwarding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for B2C and B2B shipments per company requirements.
• Maintain storage, handling, and organization of inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system accurately and on time.
• Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, and shipment documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Track and follow up on freight and shipment tracking numbers for smooth deliveries.
• Coordinate with couriers, forwarders, and customs-related parties as needed.
• Maintain 5S practices to keep a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements when handling and moving goods.
• Support the logistics supervisor and team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
