Job summary

HD Hyundai Marine Solution Middle East FZE is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, scheduling, and documentation across UAE operations, coordinating with freight forwarders and monitoring inventory movements for accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Strong UAE logistics experience, fluent English, and MS Office skills are required; responsibilities include warehouse operations support and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize the supply chain and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Hands-on logistics experience in UAE (import/export, transportation, customs clearance, coordination with freight forwarders).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Distribution, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange shipments including scheduling and related documentation.
• Monitor shipment status locations and ETA.
• Identify, adjust and resolve logistics issues such as shipping delays or delivery disruptions.
• Notify customers promptly in case of shipment delays or package-related issues.
• Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations and oversee inventory movements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
• Manage parts inventory and place orders based on demand and supply analysis.
• Maintain consistent tracking and communication with internal departments and external partners.
• Provide support for other sales, logistics and business operation tasks as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Hands-on logistics experience in the UAE, including import/export, transportation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Distribution, or a related field
• Experience in logistics operations within a Free Zone environment (e.g., JAFZA)
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics/warehouse service companies

Contract Details

• Contract Renewal Cycle: Annual contract, renewable every year (salary adjustment reviewed at each renewal)
• Annual Leave: 22 working days per year (in accordance with UAE Labour Law)
• Work Visa: Provided by the company
• Medical Insurance: Provided by the company
• Air Ticket Benefit: Round-trip airfare to the employee's home country after completion of one (1) year of continuous full-time employment (applicable from the second year of employment)
• Training Opportunities: Training at HQ in Korea or visits/training at other overseas branches, subject to business requirements
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
