Job summary

EKC International Fze in Dubai seeks a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead shipping operations, LC shipments, and data-driven dispatch reporting. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in logistics, excellent communication and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; specialization in Logistics management will be preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in logistics management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to analyze logistics and shipment data.
• Strong management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience in logistics management and shipment coordination.
• Experience handling shipments under Letters of Credit (LC).
• Coordination and negotiation with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
• Maintaining records of pending orders, shipments, and dispatches.
• Preparing and submitting daily logistics and dispatch reports to supervisors/management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
