Job summary

Maersk seeks a Customer Experience Consultant in the UAE to deliver exceptional service for designated KC/EC/SC accounts. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating requirements with cross-functional teams and driving consistent, best-in-class operations across locations.

You will promote digital solutions, support growth, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and global CX networks to ensure seamless experiences for Maersk customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers onto Maersk standard processes and platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers with timely, proactive communication.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders and translate into procedures.
• Execute activities per agreed SOPs/IOPs.
• Orchestrate end-to-end shipment cycles through cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with the Global CX Consultant network to ensure consistent experience.
• Independently manage routine operational exceptions and drive resolution.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Maersk products.
• Support contract fulfilment via regular customer check-ins with Sales and Product teams.
• Promote adoption of digital/self-service solutions to improve outcomes.
