Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly organized Logistician to join our supply chain team. You will coordinate transportation, warehousing and inventory, track shipments and ensure timely delivery while communicating with suppliers, carriers and customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, has proven logistician experience, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical and written communication skills are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local import/export laws is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding import/export of goods
• Manage documentation related to shipments, including customs paperwork
