Job summary

ALEC Engineering and Contracting L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support site logistics planning and material movement across luxury fit-out projects.

You will collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant logistics operations on complex sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction logistics, site engineering, or related field.
• Experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury fit-out projects.
• LEEA / Appointed Person certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of site logistics plans aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate material movement, access, transport systems, plant, and site setup.
• Coordinate logistics activities with construction, planning, commercial, HSE, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor plant utilization, deliveries, servicing, and site logistics activities.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with safety, environmental, and project requirements.
• Maintain logistics documentation and support inspections and audits.
• Assist with logistics reporting, tracking, and cost control.
• Support efficient logistics solutions across high-end fit-out projects.
