Qualifications

• Graduation from any recognized university.
• 5+ years experience in handling logistics operations, preferably oil and gas.
• Conversant with customs regulations/documentation for export/import.
• Good numeric skills and ability to work with spreadsheets.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate despatch of products.
• Enter Product Release Orders and Delivery Orders in the Inventory system.
• Maintain Delivery Orders and supporting documents.
• Enter daily tank dips and update tank levels.
• Coordinate with customers and shipping companies for transport placements.
• Provide monthly activity reports for terminal activities.
• Support client services and liaise with finance and operations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and records for logistics processes.
