Job summary

QI Group in Dubai is seeking a Logistics & Quality Coordinator to manage receiving, inspection and dispatches from a hands-on warehouse operations perspective. You will ensure shipments meet documents and quality standards, and that stock is accurately recorded and stored.

You will maintain inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and document all movements in the ERP/WMS in real time, while adhering to FIFO/FEFO principles and upholding a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school certificate or diploma.
• 1–5 years of hands-on warehouse experience, ideally including receiving or quality inspection.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and basic Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical warehouse work.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound containers and local deliveries, checking quantities against packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming, outgoing, and returned goods for defects, recording findings.
• Maintain stock levels and carry out regular cycle counts.
• Ensure storage areas are organized, clean, and safe, applying FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Receive and inspect returned goods, determine fitness for resale, and update GRNs in the system.
• Record all receipts, stock movements, dispatches, and returns in the ERP/WMS in real time.

The Logistics & Quality Coordinator is a hands-on, warehouse-based role responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing and dispatching goods for the UAE operation. The role ensures every shipment is checked against its documents and quality standards, stock is accurately recorded and correctly stored, and orders leave the warehouse complete, on time and in the right condition.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Receiving & Dispatch Coordination: Physically receive inbound import containers and local deliveries, checking quantities against packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming, outgoing, and returned goods for defects, placing non-conforming stock on hold and recording findings.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels of kitting and packing materials, raise replenishment requests, and carry out regular cycle counts.
• Warehouse Operations: Ensure storage areas are organized, clean, and safe, applying FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Returns & Scrap: Receive and inspect returned goods, determine fitness for resale, and update GRNs in the system.
• Systems & Documentation: Record all receipts, stock movements, dispatches, and returns in the ERP/WMS in real time.
