Role Description

The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating daily freight operations, including booking shipments, arranging transport modes (air, sea, and land), and tracking cargo from origin to destination. The Logistics Coordinator will manage documentation for export/import and customs clearance, liaise with carriers, agents, and customers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role involves monitoring inventory and warehousing activities, resolving shipment delays or discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in logistics and inventory systems. The Logistics Coordinator will also support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize routes, costs, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret logistics data, track shipment performance, and solve operational issues.
