Haier Gulf in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support stock control, inbound/outbound coordination, and reporting. You will work closely with warehouse partners to ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and smooth POD/posting processes.

The role requires UAE logistics experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/SAP or WMS systems. A proactive, organized approach and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Formación

• Experience in logistics planning, inventory control, or warehouse coordination in the UAE.
• Familiarity with home appliances, electronics, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including reporting and data analysis.
• Exposure to ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Stock clearance and inbound coordination with warehouse pre-alerts and clearance instructions.
• Prepare weekly stock availability reports and monitor inventory by product and model.
• Maintain PD reconciliation reports and coordinate with Sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor aging, excess inventory, and coordinate liquidation plans with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners for proper stock handling and damage prevention.
• Identify stock shortages, delays, and inventory risks.
• Coordinate daily outbound deliveries with warehouse and logistics partners and ensure timely dispatches.
• Collect and upload POD documents, coordinate with Finance for billing, and follow up.
• Maintain logistics records and manage delivery team assignments through portals.

Haier Gulf is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to join our team in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Clearance & Inbound Coordination – Coordinate incoming shipments, warehouse pre-alerts, clearance instructions, and stock availability updates.
• Stock Reporting & Analysis – Prepare weekly stock availability reports, monitor inventory levels, and support stock analysis by product and model.
• PD Reconciliation – Maintain PD reconciliation reports and coordinate with Sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Overage & Stock Liquidation – Monitor aging and excess inventory and coordinate liquidation plans with relevant departments.
• Warehouse Coordination – Work closely with warehouse partners to ensure proper stock handling, storage, and damage prevention.
• Inventory Risk Monitoring – Identify potential stock shortages, delayed shipments, and inventory risks.
• Outbound Management – Coordinate daily outbound deliveries with warehouse and logistics partners, monitor order dispatches, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve delivery-related issues with Sales and Operations.
• Proof of Delivery (POD) Management – Collect, verify, and upload POD documents, coordinate with Finance for billing, and follow up on pending documents.
• System & Portal Management – Maintain accurate logistics records, process warehouse claims, and manage delivery team assignments through customer portals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics planning, inventory control, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations in the UAE.
• Experience in the home appliances, electronics, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
