Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking a Logistics and Administration Coordinator to coordinate resources and provide logistical and administrative support for strategic projects and operational training needs.

You will ensure facilities are prepared for Learning and Talent events, meet the needs of partner learning providers, and support training participants from outstations while maintaining resource readiness and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor level qualification, preferably in a related field.
  • At least four years of progressive administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effective utilisation of departmental resources for logistical and administrative support.
  • Ensure facilities are equipped and prepared for Learning and Talent events.
  • Meet logistical needs of partner learning providers and support training participants.
  • Update and maintain hard copy resources and supply requirements.
  • Process nominations in Learning Management System in coordination with Resource Planning.
  • Filter vendor queries and direct to Learning and Talent teams.
  • Support processing of department pass requirements and coordinate communications resources.

As a Logistics and Administration Coordinator you will coordinate effective utilisation of departmental resources to provide logistical and administrative support for strategic projects and operational training needs

  • Ensure facilities are fully equipped and prepared for all Learning and Talent events
  • Meet the logistical needs of partner learning providers utilising Learning and Talent facilities
  • Provide administrative support to facilitate the experience of training participants from outstations
  • Updating and upkeep of hard copy resources ensuring supply requirements are on hand for all Learning and Talent teams
  • Process operational training nominations in the Learning Management System in coordination with Resource Planning
  • Filter vendor queries and direct to the appropriate Learning and Talent team
  • Support the processing of all departmental pass requirements
  • Maintain internal branding presence and coordinate distribution of corporate communications resources within Learning and Talent facilities

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor level qualification, preferably in a related field.
  • Have at least four years of progressive experience in an administrative support role.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office.
