Job summary

Seddiqi Holding is seeking a Logistic Operative to join the Logistics and Warehousing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods, while maintaining inventory records and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have a High School or equivalent qualification and strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stock per SOP and ensure correct labeling, bar codes and storage.
• Enter inbound and outbound delivery information into company systems accurately.
• Document receipts or deliveries and update records promptly.
• Inspect goods for quantity, reference and quality; report damages or discrepancies to Line Manager.
• Ensure safe handling, loading, delivery and collection of goods.
• Maintain stock and inventory records, including deliveries, transfers and movements.
• Keep the workplace clean, tidy and aligned with company standards.

Seddiqi Holding is looking for a Logistic Operative who will be part of our Logistics and Warehousing team and provide an accurate and prompt receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertakes receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that goods are correctly labeled, bar coded and located within the warehouse.
• Ensures that all in-bound and out-bound delivery information is accurately keyed into the company systems.
• Completes necessary documentation upon receipt or delivery of goods in an accurate and prompt manner and update the system accordingly.
• Checks and inspects goods received and ensure they are of accurate quantity, reference, and quality. Promptly report damages, discrepancies, or any unresolved issues to the Line Manager.
• Ensures the safe and efficient handling, loading, delivery and collection of goods.
• Carries out stock and inventory control and ensures proper maintenance of records of deliveries / collections and transfers.
• Ensures the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and always follows company standards.
