Job summary

King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a capable nurse-support / receptionist to assist the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work under the supervision of the sister or Senior Nurse to facilitate patient flow through the clinic pathway and uphold evidence-based guidelines.

You will handle electronic records, stock, and front-desk duties while supporting day-to-day operations within the hospital.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' hospital or similar experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic patient records per health record policy.
• Provide cover and assistance to ensure smooth hospital operations.
• Monitor daily stock levels and prep treatment rooms.
• Report stock issues to senior nursing staff.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks to optimize clinical operations.
• Perform reception duties, register patients on the electronic system.
• Provide information politely, following the patient pathway.
• Undertake additional duties as required by management.
