Responsibilities

• Provide non-interventional assistance to licensed professionals during examinations and procedures.
• Assist with patient care tasks such as mobility, bed making, and personal hygiene.
• Ensure medical equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
• Manage patient records with confidentiality.
• Schedule patient appointments and handle admissions/discharges.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies.
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory policies.
• Escalate issues using incident reporting system.
