Job summary

TAIT in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Producer to lead complex live experiences from concept through delivery, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and clients. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules and ensure alignment with IP requirements and design intent.

You will mentor junior staff, drive creative development, protect the company’s financial and creative wellbeing, and communicate status to senior leadership while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Led LBE/Themed Entertainment projects from concept to delivery.
Strong knowledge of budgets, scopes, schedules, and vendor management.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedule to align with design intent.
Provide regular project updates and elevate issues to leadership.
Coordinate with internal disciplines, subcontractors and clients.
Mitigate risks and ensure IP requirements are met.
Lead client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
Mentor junior staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
