Job summary

Farah Experiences LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Entertainment Lead to drive creative direction across large-scale shows. You will choreograph and run blocking rehearsals, give notes to cast, and align outputs with IP guidelines and brand standards.

You will lead entertainment teams in rehearsals, production and show quality maintenance, coordinating with operations, tech, costuming and other departments to ensure flawless performances across Miral properties.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in theme parks or cruise ship entertainment in large-scale productions and interactive experiences.
3+ years of Music Theater or Music Industry.
3+ years in management or leadership in entertainment development and maintenance.
Desirable: international experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Entertainment Creative Teams in rehearsals, production and show quality maintenance.
Communicate effectively with property management, technical crew, and talent to ensure smooth runs.
Choreograph and run blocking rehearsals; provide notes to cast.
Collaborate with Operations to meet business needs.
Provide creative notes to show tech, costuming, production and operations where applicable.
