Job summary

Cercli Tech Limited is seeking an Associate Producer (UAE Nationals only) in Abu Dhabi to support high-profile production shoots, demos, and events. The role blends production, creative, and operational duties, partnering with internal teams, clients, and VIP guests to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in production, events, or immersive tech with a hands-on approach.
Strong communication skills for VIPs, clients, and teams in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to adapt in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities.
Organization and ownership to drive tasks without micro-management.
Interest in emerging technologies and storytelling to convey complex work.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of high-profile projects across holographic shoots and events.
Coordinate schedules, logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth delivery.
Represent the production team with diplomacy when interacting with VIPs and leadership.
Track project progress from planning to post-delivery, flag risks and follow through.
Assist in testing and integrating new technologies into creative workflows.
Maintain documentation, procurement, inventory, and team workflow organization.
