• Track project progress, identify risks or changes early, and communicate them to the Dubai team.
• Maintain documentation of client feedback, approvals, revisions, and daily updates.

We’re Hiring: Freelance PRODUCER EXPERIENTIAL - Immersive & Experiential Technology – 1 to 3 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Producer to support the delivery of a major campaign for a private, government, or semi-government entity.

This is a 1–3 month freelance assignment requiring a highly organized, client-facing professional who can act as the on-ground extension of a Dubai-based production team.

The Producer will take ownership of client coordination, communication, approvals, content delivery, and video production follow-up, while working closely with the Creative Producer and production team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the campaign and production period.
• Work closely with the Creative Producer and Dubai team to communicate updates, consolidate client feedback, and maintain alignment with agreed objectives.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, coordination, approvals, and production requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery of content drafts, revisions, presentations, and final outputs, ensuring quality and agreed timelines.
• Support and coordinate video production execution, including communication between the client, creative team, and production crew.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, shoots, events, and on-site activities when required.
• Confidently present creative or production proposals to the client when needed.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or changes early, and communicate them clearly to the Dubai team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client feedback, approvals, revisions, action points, and daily updates.
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders and keep deliverables progressing according to schedule.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in content production, video production, campaigns, media, events, or creative projects.
• Solid understanding of video production workflows, pre-production, production, post-production, revision cycles, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and government or corporate clients.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, fast-moving feedback, and tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent Arabic, spoken and written, with strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional client experience throughout the project.
• Freelance Contract: 1–3 months
• Contract duration will be aligned with the full campaign timeline.
• Final project dates and schedule will be confirmed following the client kickoff.
• The Dubai production team will manage the core production execution, while this role will focus primarily on client-side coordination, communication, approvals, delivery, and production follow-up.
