Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel, is seeking a Front Office professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a five-star environment. The role requires excellent English communication and Russian language ability, with additional languages preferred.

Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards. Diploma or Degree in hospitality is preferred; candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic luxury setting within

Qualifications

• Diploma and Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication in English; Russian is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Greet guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed.
• Engage in conversation with first-time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way.
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• To follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
