Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, part of Ennismore, seeks a guest-focused front desk host to warmly welcome guests and assist in the lobby with inquiries and local recommendations.

You will anticipate needs, provide personalized service, escort VIPs during their stay, and proactively engage in public areas while promoting hotel facilities and dining options.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience required.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Excellent guest services skills and strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Act as a key lobby contact for inquiries, directions, and local tips.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Escort VIPs and long-stay guests as required.
• Maintain a visible lobby presence to engage guests proactively.
• Assist with transportation, reservations, and other requests.
• Support service recovery and timely resolution of concerns.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness and events.

• Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests when required.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Support service recovery efforts by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.
