Job summary

Lestars Management Consultancy LLC partners with a fast-growing live-studio in Dubai South to recruit a Studio Operations Supervisor. Lead the live-ops team, including hosts, floor managers and content planners, ensuring smooth on-site execution and high-quality streams.

Role focuses on scheduling, SOPs, show planning aligned with MENA culture, and data-driven optimization while requiring fluency in Arabic and English. Dubai-based position with visa support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in live streaming operations or content operations.
• At least 1 year of team management experience with direct people responsibilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Existing network of local hosts, KOLs, or agencies in the MENA region.
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or YouTube Live.
• Experience building an overseas live team from scratch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the live operations team (hosts, floor managers, content planners).
• Establish scheduling, training, and performance review systems.
• Develop SOPs to minimize information friction and streamline communication.
• Plan show themes, scripts, and visuals aligned with local MENA culture.
• Oversee on-site execution: equipment, network, streaming quality, host performance.
• Set up daily data tracking on viewership, engagement, conversion, GMV; iterate.
• Cultivate partnerships with local MCNs, creators, and agencies in MENA.
• Stay ahead of trends and test new growth initiatives.
