Job summary

LESTARS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY is seeking a Studio Operations Supervisor for a fast-growing live studio in Dubai South. The role leads the live operations team including hosts, floor managers, and content planners to deliver high-quality streams and on-brand experiences.

Responsibilities include establishing scheduling, training, SOPs, and performance reviews, planning show themes aligned with MENA culture, and ensuring equipment, connectivity, and streaming quality meet standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live streaming or content operations.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Develop SOPs to streamline day-to-day communication.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and test new initiatives.

Job Introduction

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing live studio company specializing in TikTok live streaming and entertainment content, we are seeking a dynamic Studio Operations Supervisor for their studio in Dubai South.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage the live operations team, including hosts, floor managers, and content planners — clearly define roles and responsibilities, and drive overall team performance.
• Establish scheduling, training, and performance review systems to ensure consistent execution and reliable output.
• Develop and implement SOPs to minimize information friction and streamline day-to-day communication.
• Plan live show themes, scripts, and visual presentations that align with local MENA cultural practices (e.g., Ramadan, National Day, regional trends), and design interactive mechanics to boost dwell time and conversion efficiency.
• Oversee on-site execution — ensure equipment, network connectivity, streaming quality, and host performance meet standards, and handle contingencies effectively.
• Set up daily data tracking and review routines, focusing on metrics such as viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, and GMV — iterate strategies based on performance insights.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local MCNs, top creators, and agencies in the MENA region to diversify and enrich content supply.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities — rapidly test new initiatives and explore growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in live streaming operations or content operations.
• At least 1 year of team management experience with direct people management responsibilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Existing network of local hosts, KOLs, or agencies in the MENA region.
• Familiarity with overseas live streaming platforms such as TikTok LIVE or YouTube Live.
• Prior experience building an overseas live team from scratch is preferred.
