The Lemon Consulting seeks a Lighting Department Manager in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This full-time role leads the lighting team for a fast-paced live production environment, coordinating with directors, producers and technical staff to meet production goals.

Key requirements include fluent English, proven leadership in a live production setting, strong knowledge of lighting equipment and safety standards, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the department in a fast-paced live production environment.
• Establish and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with directors, producers, and technical teams to meet production requirements.
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing training and development.
• Oversee inventory and allocation of equipment to ensure readiness under deadlines.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain equipment maintenance records.
• Identify and resolve technical issues; prepare reports for senior leadership.
