Job summary

LINKVIVA in the UAE is seeking a Programming Manager to shape and deliver event content and entertainment schedules across LINKVIVA’s projects. This hands-on, fast-paced role coordinates programming plans, talent, and delivery across stages and platforms.

You will align content with creative direction, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure a cohesive audience experience. Fluent English, strong organizational skills, and a background in live events are essential, with UAE-based or relocation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events, programming, or content-led roles.
• Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of live event delivery and production processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage programming schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate talent, performers, speakers, and content partners.
• Ensure smooth delivery across stages and event environments.
• Align programming with creative direction and project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, including clients and partners.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility and execution.
• Oversee run-of-show development and updates.
• Monitor performance and contribute to post-event insights and improvements.
