Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications is seeking an Experience Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of live event experiences in the UAE. You will work closely with the Experience Manager to ensure talent coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution meet the highest standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in events, experiential, or content coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media, Arts, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and management of experience schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with talent, performers, speakers, and partners on logistics.
• Liaise with creative, production, and operations teams to align delivery.
• Track contracts, technical requirements, and deliverables.
• Maintain experience plans, run-of-shows, and project trackers.
• Support on-site delivery, including rehearsals and talent coordination.
• Conduct research on new talent, trends, and formats.
• Assist with post-event reporting and insights.
