Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications in Dubai is seeking a Programming Manager to shape and deliver event content and entertainment across our projects. This hands-on, fast-paced role will manage programming plans, coordinate talent, and ensure seamless delivery across all stages and platforms.

You will align content with creative direction, oversee run-of-show development, and work closely with production teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events, programming, or content-led roles.
• Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of live event delivery and production processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage programming schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate talent, performers, speakers, and content partners.
• Ensure smooth delivery across stages and event environments.
• Align programming with creative direction and project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, including clients and partners.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility and execution.
• Overseer run-of-show development and updates.
• Monitor performance and contribute post-event insights and improvements.
