Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications is seeking a Retail Curation Specialist in the UAE to source and manage retail vendors for immersive live events. You will collaborate with the Curation Team Lead, event producers, and operations to ensure a seamless vendor journey from onboarding to on-site delivery.

The role requires a strong network in retail brands, trends awareness, and excellent organizational skills to manage logistics, timelines, and compliance while delivering standout shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with compliance, contracts and UAE retail regulations.
• Background in retail strategy, visual merchandising or experiential brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Curate the Retail Mix by sourcing standout vendors aligned with the event concept, theme and audience.
• Build strong partnerships with local boutiques, international brands and niche concept stores.
• Negotiate and manage vendor terms, pricing and exclusivity where applicable.
• Deliver seamless execution by overseeing vendor setup, merchandising flow and on-site coordination.
