Sundus Gulf is seeking an Event Operations Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support live events, public programs and activations. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure smooth delivery and on-time execution in line with approved plans.

The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail and flexibility, with responsibilities across on-site operations, scheduling, compliance and post-event tasks, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations or coordination.
• Experience supporting public events, cultural programs, or large-scale activations.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of venue operations, health and safety practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site event operations across public events, activations, and programs.
• Maintain event timelines, run sheets, and deliverables; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with event agencies, performers, suppliers, and operational partners during event delivery.
• Ensure compliance with venue procedures, approvals, and safety requirements.
• Track permits, approvals, operational documentation, and post-event reporting.
