SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a dedicated support professional to assist with a large-scale cultural and heritage event in the UAE. Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as report preparation, managing meeting schedules, and onboarding suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and at least 5 years of experience in events or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) or specific craft trade certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience coordinating craft labor and site operations.
• Prior experience within events, festivals, cultural heritage, entertainment, or live event environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including reporting, presentations, and research.
• Prepare meeting minutes and manage meeting scheduling.
• Onboard suppliers, including onsite set‑ups and ongoing management.
